Returns & Exchanges
365-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy.
Here at Swoveralls, we're all about keeping you comfortable, because well, you deserve it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, don't worry - we've got your back. Our goal is to ensure that you love your Swoveralls, and if that means making a return or exchange, we're more than happy to help.
That's why we offer a 365-day return and exchange policy on most of our products. We stand by the quality and design of everything we make, so if you need to make a change, we're here for you every step of the way. Just let us know how we can assist, and we'll do our best to find the perfect solution for you.
Some important notes:
- All exchanges for a different color or size are free.
- 1 exchange request per item, per order.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.
- Aka must not be used, altered, or washed.
- For domestic (USA) returns, we provide you with a prepaid return label and deduct a $9.99 flat rate and a $2 return handling fee from your order total.
- Once we process your return at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping ($9.99) and the return handling fee ($2.00).
- For international returns, customers must pay the return shipping cost. Please bear in mind that it usually takes about 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the funds to process.

- Merchandise must be returned within 365 days of original purchase date.
