What's the return policy?

Here at Swoveralls, we're all about keeping you comfortable, because well, you deserve it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, don't worry - we've got your back. Our goal is to ensure that you love your Swoveralls, and if that means making a return or exchange, we're more than happy to help.

That's why we offer a 365-day return and exchange policy on most of our products. We stand by the quality and design of everything we make, so if you need to make a change, we're here for you every step of the way. Just let us know how we can assist, and we'll do our best to find the perfect solution for you.

 

Some important notes:

• All exchanges for a different color or size are free.
• 1 exchange request per item, per order. 
• For U.S. returns, your return is FREE for up to 365 days if you selected one of our shipping plus options at checkout, which includes shipping protection and returns.If not, we'll still honor the 365 days, but provide you with a prepaid return label and deduct a $9.99 flat rate and a $2 return handling fee from your order total. 
• Once we process your return at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping ($9.99) and the return handling fee ($2.00).
• Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Aka must not be used, altered, or washed.
• For international returns, customers must pay the return shipping cost. Please bear in mind that it usually takes about 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the funds to process.

• Markdown/Sale and Mystery Swoveralls are final sale and ineligible for return or refund.
• Merchandise must be returned within 365 days of original purchase date.

When will there be more designs, colors & sizes?

Designs & Colors - New designs typically drop every month, so be on the look out. We continue to use the collective feedback from our incredible comfy fam to offer limited edition and seasonal designs.

Sizes - We currently offer Adult sizes (XXS-4XL), and are actively exploring potential ways we can expand our size range further.

Do you offer customization and/or bulk orders?

Yes! We are happy to chat about custom embroidery or screen printing bulk orders on a case by case basis.  Discounts will be determined based on size of order, and complexity of customization request (if any).
