What's the Return Policy?

Here at Swoveralls, we're all about keeping you comfortable, because well, you deserve it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, don't worry - we've got your back. Our goal is to ensure that you love your Swoveralls, and if that means making a return or exchange, we're more than happy to help.

That's why we offer a 365-day return and exchange policy on most of our products. We stand by the quality and design of everything we make, so if you need to make a change, we're here for you every step of the way. Just let us know how we can assist, and we'll do our best to find the perfect solution for you.

Some important notes:

  • All exchanges for a different color or size are free. 
  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.
    • Aka must not be used, altered, or washed.
  • For domestic (USA) returns, we provide you with a prepaid return label and deduct a $9.99 flat rate from your order total. 
  • Once we process your return at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping ($9.99).
  • For international returns, customers must pay the return shipping cost. Please bear in mind that it usually takes about 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the funds to process.
  • Markdown/Sale and Mystery Swoveralls are final sale and ineligible for return or refund.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 365 days of original purchase date.

How should I care for Swoveralls in the wash?

Swoveralls are not prewashed, so to prevent shrinkage, make sure to machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low.  We also recommend turning them inside out in the wash to prevent pilling.

When will there be more designs, colors & sizes?

Yes! We are happy to chat about custom embroidery or screen printing bulk orders on a case by case basis.  Discounts will be determined based on size of order, and complexity of customization request (if any).
