Shipping & COVID-19
Due to the current pandemic, there have been significant shipping delays with international shipments outside of Canada. We have decided to temporarily pause international shipments to any country other than Canada until we feel confident our carrier partners can deliver orders in a safe and efficient manner.
Shipping Delays to Canada:
The United States Postal Service (USPS) and their partner Canada Post are experiencing unprecedented volume across both networks. The increased volume combined with modified processes to protect employees and the public from the spread of COVID-19 are resulting in significant delays.
If you've placed an order to Canada, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Feel free to reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions!
What's the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received. For domestic (USA) returns, we can provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we process your return at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping. For international returns, customers must pay the return shipping cost up front. Please bear in mind that it usually takes about 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the funds to process.
--Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
--Merchandise must not be used, altered, or washed.

How should I care for Swoveralls in the wash?
We recommend following the below steps:
- Turn the Swoveralls inside out before washing to prevent pilling.
- Use mild detergent. Regular detergent can also be used, however it is harsher on fabrics over time.
- Avoid the use of bleach, and hydrogen peroxide; these may cause rusting.
- Hand washing, or setting the machine washer to the cold, or delicate/regular wash cycle is best.
- Tumble dry on low or no heat (hang dry also works!).

What countries do you ship Swoveralls to?
We currently ship to the US and Canada.
Will I have to pay for international shipping?
There is a flat rate for international shipments. At this time we do not cover duties taxes, and other fees that may be involved with international shipments.
When will there be more colors & sizes?
Colors - We will continue to use the collective feedback we gather from our incredible comfy tribe to offer limited edition seasonal prints and designs. Fall/Winter limited edition colors & prints are still in the works.
Sizes - Youth (ages 2-10), adult petite (unisex XXS), and plus-size offerings are in the works.

How long will limited edition Swoveralls be available?
Limited edition Swoveralls are made in limited quantities and in most cases will not be restocked. Be sure to stay up to date by entering your email at the bottom of this page to know first when limited edition Swoveralls are released.
Do you offer customization and/or bulk orders?
Yes! We are happy to chat about custom embroidery or screen printing bulk orders on a case by case basis. Discounts will be determined based on size of order, and complexity of customization request (if any).
