That's why we offer a 365-day return and exchange policy on most of our products. Some important notes:

• Items must be in the same condition as when they were received (AKA must not be used, altered, or washed). 

• For domestic (USA) returns, we can provide you with a prepaid return label. 

• Once we process your return at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping. 

• For international returns, customers must pay the return shipping cost. Please bear in mind that it usually takes about 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the funds to process. See our International Shipping page for more details. 

• Markdown/Sale and Mystery Swoveralls are final sale and ineligible for return or refund.

• Merchandise must be returned within 365 days of original purchase date.
